At Stylemaniac Jewels, we take pride in offering high-quality statement jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy to ensure hygiene and fairness to all customers. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, worn jewelry, or custom-made items.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Return Process

1. Contact Us – Email us at Info@stylemaniacjewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Approval & Instructions – If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

3. Condition of Returns – Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

4. Refund or Exchange – Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (excluding shipping fees).

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase
